I am actually certified in Tai Chi for Wellness & Tai Chi in a Chair. This is an interesting piece on Ai Chi...Aquatic Tai Chi. :-) Injured soldiers in Virginia are using it to help with their recovery. Tai Chi helps with blood flow, flexibility, balance, breathing and muscles which are weak and stiff.
