Namaste!

This spring term I began my 24th year teaching psychology. About 12 years ago I signed up for my first Tai Chi for Wellness class and quickly became certified Level II and in Tai Chi in a Chair. Two years later I was certified in Stress Management from Governor State University. Since then my journey of Wellness has continued. I have struggled with my own health issues along the way, but also learned a great deal because of them. I have created this blog to share Wellness information so that others may benefit from what I have learned.
