Get Some Nature!

Hi Everyone,..

This is an Excellent piece on how the newest generations are not spending time in nature and the resulting consequences. And NO, working on tech in nature does not count! :-)

Few notes...

* Dr. Qing Li is one of the leading Japanese researchers in Shinrin Yoku.

* Dr. Jean Twenge and I communicated a number of years ago when her book The Narcissism Epidemic was published. 

* They do not mention Blue Space/Blue Mind but of course it should be included.
