I LOVE this videos & I'm checking out the other videos from James Hood! 

They are a great way to just take a few moments to watch and listen and not think about anything else in your life that may be stressing you! 

This one in particular remembers me of our life's energy force and at the end all the colors of the Chakras! :-)
